Couple’s escape, a hidden gem
The service here was beyond extraordinary – when we checked in, they greeted us with a glass of Prosecco which was just the right touch after a long journey. And the breakfast was not just okay. it was a feast with everything you could think of, from scrambled eggs to fresh fruit, that made us look forward to each morning.
Look, it wasn’t exactly pocket change, but honestly, worth every dime.

The large single room I stayed in was very clean, bright, and welcoming, making for a comfortable retreat. Exceptional service from the friendly staff enhanced my experience, making my visit truly enjoyable. The location was fairly central, facilitating easy access to interesting areas. Although the light food options were delightful, a wider variety could improve the dining experience.

Oh mate, the dining scene around Penzance is sublime! I've got a soft spot for Frasers Fish & Chips – it's a must-try for any foodie. The breakfast spread was decent too, with a buffet that tantalized my taste buds. What a treat! The location, bang near the beach and town center, is a total win as well.

Comfortable room, excellent service, with a very delicious breakfast that they prepared for us despite our tardiness at breakfast time, making us feel very welcome during our one-night stay, along with the convenience of on-site parking and beach access just a short distance away.
Everything is what I need and want.

The family room we booked was disappointing as it was in a separate annex that felt quite neglected. The damp smell was overwhelming, and the room was poorly decorated with little light. the staff were understanding and provided a full refund after we chose to leave early. The main building had a lovely decor, which made the overall ambiance nice.
